Shipping policy:
In stock items ship from our Columbus, Ohio office once order is processed. Allow up to one business day for all orders to be shipped. JE Fashion House will notify you if there are any expected delays regarding your order. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.
Shipping rates within the continental United States are determined at time of checkout. 
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to a flat rate of $15.00 shipping charge. Currently, JE Fashion House isn't shipping overseas or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

PLEASE NOTE

There are no refunds. Store credit only. 

  • You have 15 business days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a store credit or exchange. Tags must be attached.
  • All bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, Holiday and sale items are exempt from being exchanged.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product(s).
  • HELPFUL TIP: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. JE Fashion House DOES NOT guarantee that your returned item will be received.
